Dear Mario Dalisay,

On October 16, 2000 you signed a tenancy agreement and it states that premises hereby leased
shall be used exclusively by the TENANT for aid only and shall not be diverted to other uses and
LESSEE shall not directly or indirectly sublet, allow or permit the leased premises to be occupied in
whole or in part by any person, form or corporation, neither shall the LESSEE assign its rights hereunder
to any other person or entity and no right of interest thereto or therein shall be conferred on or vested in
anyone by the LESSEE without the LESSOR'S written approval.

I learned on February 2, 2016 that you permitted Pedro Dalisay, your son, to construct and build
his residential home in my land without my consent. I have attempted to reach you through phone calls as
soon as I learned about it. However, you never answered any of my calls.

After a week I decided to write this letter to enforce number 7 of the terms and conditions of the
tenancy agreement which states the cancellation of the tenancy agreement due to your breach of
obligations. You will be given 3 months to pay for the damages and if there is still no response I will file
for a summary demolition and this will be filed in court.
