0Employee Motivation and Retention Programme

Nestle Malaysia has recently been selected as one of the three most attractive employers
in the Randstad Award 2016. The company received a score of 64.35% traction. Randstad Award
presented to the most attractive employers in more than 20 countries worldwide. 2016 edition of
the prize will cover 25 countries. Consisting of more than 200,000 respondents covering 75% of
the world economy, the winner is based on the findings of the largest in the world in the
employer brand. It really is the only award that represents the "popular choice". The annual
awards celebrate the 16th edition worldwide were carried out for the first time in Malaysia. 75

satisfaction. This may indirectly motivated employees and a commitment to effective job
performance. In this project, MNC, located in Malaysia, Nestl investigate the system of rewards
and benefits for employees are motivated to retain workers and avoid turnover. Motivation is
important because without the proper motivation given to employees, they will lose interest in
real tired at work and may have lack of performance below. Nestle is the MNC, which is
headquartered in Vevey, Switzerland and has more than 70 countries that oversee the global
strategy group Nestle (Nestle S., 2011a). Nestle Group has established a policy on human
resources (HR) When to ensure employee satisfaction and employee commitment to Nestle
(Nestec Ltd., 2002).
Through human resource policies that have been made, it is shown that the concern

mutual trust (Nestec Ltd., 2002). In order to achieve their goals, the organization put the steps in
order to maintain their workforce for improved performance. However, one of the main problems
faced by the organization is about how to maintain a competent workforce performance. This

work needed to achieve the desired goals and objectives (Cascio, 2003; Heinemann and Justice,
2003) them. Where competent personnel are available due to the strategy of taking appropriate
organizations, labor turnover, which often arise from not providing retention strategy enough
workers had made it almost impossible for organizations to employ their staff are competent to
