BUSINESS:
1. Update on compliance matters Management reported that they continue to perform on-sites
in the community twice a month to report on non-compliant matters.
2. Trans West has been ticketing vehicles parked on the street overnight and reporting vehicles
parked on the driveway overnight.
3. Ridge Oak Improvement Project-Update to ownership.
4. Status update on keyless entry/FOBs for clubhouses/pool areas-this matter was tabled
5. 2016 Resident Directory-copies with changes will be sent to residents, and any additional
changes can be printed and mailed or picked up at the management office.

COMMITTEE REPORTS
1. Social Committee- Reported on upcoming events.
2. Clubhouse Committee-Reminder to keep the blinds open at night for Security to see in.
3. Grounds Committee provided update to the community.
4. Swimming Pool Committee Board has taken action to approve the installation of a water
testing system as required by new legislation.
5. Welcome Committee- There are 6 new residents since the last meeting. The Greens has new
door hangers for new owners/residents to leave at the door as a first point of contact.
