CALL TO ORDER: Board President Tony Castro called the open session meeting to order at 4:03 P.M.

BUSINESS:
1. Volunteers for decorating gates-A resident has volunteered to decorate the gates for the 2016
holiday season.
2. Gate Code Change-Gate code change to be scheduled January 9th, 2017.
3. Ridge Oak Improvement Project-Update to ownership.
4. Status update on keyless entry/FOBs for clubhouses/pool areas-this matter was tabled
5. 2016 Resident Directory-copies with changes will be sent to residents, and any additional
changes can be printed and mailed or picked up at the management office.
6. Review/Approval of Nominees: After review the Board took action to approve the Board
nominees.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
1. Social Committee- The Social Committee will be hosting an event at Seven Oaks Country Club on
12.11.16. Also, a pajama collection even is being held in the White Oak clubhouse, and
donations may begin being dropped off.
2. Clubhouse Committee-Reminder to keep the blinds open at night for Security to see in.
3. Welcome Committee- There are 6 new residents since the last meeting. The Greens has new
door hangers for new owners/residents to leave at the door as a first point of contact.
