NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

The Equity Committee representing the common shareholders of ABWTQ stock, herein referred to as
the “EC”, shall from time to time provide certain information, documents, or other data to its members for the
purposes of informing them and perhaps to request action from them. In order to ensure the information is not
divulged to others not on the EC and not in need of this data, it is vital that you agree to following covenants.

Information along with analyses, compilations, studies or other documents prepared and/or furnished by
the representatives of the EC, its lawyers, valuation team, or other agents shall not be disclosed, transmitted,
discussed, or provided to others not specifically identified as recipients by the original sender of the information
in any manner whatsoever (electronic, verbal, written or other), in whole or in part, except to the original sender,
registered members of the EC, its lawyers, valuation team, or other agents identified by official representatives
of the EC and shall not be used by the recipient, its agent or employees, in any manner whatsoever, in whole or
in part, other than in direct support of the EC purposes.

Recipients of information officially sent from representatives of the EC, its lawyers, valuation team, or
other agents may not cause to be transmitted, posted, or in any manner placed on the Internet, inter-company, or
intra-company servers except by act of receipt of the information by the recipient other than to facilitate
communication with the original sender, official representatives of the EC, its lawyers, valuation team, or other
agents.

Recipients of official EC information shall surrender all information to the original sender immediately
upon request by the original sender, official EC representatives, its lawyers, valuation team, or other agents.
Recipient shall not retain any copy, electronic or other, of surrendered information but will instead ensure and
be responsible for the complete destruction of any copies immediately upon surrendering the requested
information.

Anyone found in breach of this agreement shall be subject to legal action as deemed necessary and
appropriate by the official representatives of the EC, its lawyers, valuation team, or other agents.

These covenants shall not be enforceable upon information that has been made publicly available by the
official representatives of the EC, its lawyers, valuation team, or other agents.
