Father God,
Thank you for loving me and taking care of me. Bless my church, Pastor Ron and his
family. Bless my teachers for teaching me Your Word. I believe your love is flowing
through me to other people. Help me to obey my parents so things will go well with
me and I will live a long life on the earth. I will tell how great You are and how much I
love You. I thank You that by Jesus stripes I am healed in my body and my soul.

I read my Bible daily to feed my faith and grow closer to God.

Romans 10:17
Confessing Gods Word will build up your faith in Gods promises.
Joshua 1:8, Do not let this book of The Law depart from your mouth,
but meditate on it day and night.
After Moses died, Joshua became the leader of Gods people. God
promised Joshua that He would be right beside him as he led the people
into the Promised land. Three different times God told Joshua, Be
strong and courageous. And in Joshua 1:8, He tells Joshua what he
should do to keep up his strength and his courage. What God said to
Joshua is as true for you and me as it was for him. God instructed
Joshua to never stop speaking Gods Word, but to confess the truth from
the Bible every day. God said to speak of it continually and meditate on
it day and night. This means to think about and remind yourself of the
true things from the Bible.
When you say what you have read or learned from the Bible you are
hearing it again from your own voice; and the hearing of the Truth
causes your faith to grow. The more you confess Gods Word the
stronger your faith will become. You believe what you hear yourself say
more than what anyone else says. It is important that you hear your own
voice speaking Gods Word. Also remember that negative confessions or
saying things that do not agree with what the Bible says hurts your faith.
Confess who God says you are in Christ Jesus and meditate on His love
for you.
