Comments:

Dear Ms. Chen,

Congratulations on the successful completion of your philosophy. You have improved your final version by adding explanations and examples that are clearer and
more connected to the overall thesis- to create a positive learning environment and develop self-esteem. The paper is organized well and the supporting
points all build on the thesis.

Understanding students learning styles is important, and you provide a good example of how you would to it with a 300 level lesson. In citing evidence,
remember to go to the original source. Brown is a survey text, and if the information comes from there you should site the theorist in Brown who came up with the
original theory e.g. Howard Gardner for multiple intelligences.

Some of the explanations/examples are simplistic, or idealistic, but clear. In building self-esteem, you can do it, may not always be effective but later you
explain how you would use corrective feedback to help students receive the right information.

Overall you have done a good job with showing your future teaching philosophy!

Very best wishes on your future teaching!
