Abstract Submission Guidelines
Abstract Submission Deadline: Monday, March 20th, 2017, 11:59 PM

Abstract Decision: Authors will be notified of acceptance or rejection via
e-mail within 2 weeks of submission.
General guidelines
1. Abstracts submitted should not have been previously published or
presented at
another meeting.
2. Abstracts must be written in the format provided below and must be
uploaded in
word format. Abstract submitted in pdf or other formats will not be
reviewed.
3. Abstracts should be no more than 250 words (excluding abstract title,
authors and
affiliations).
4. Abstracts should be written in English or Bahasa Indonesia
5. For both primary and co-authors, credentials along with their full names
and email
addresses must be included. If co-authors are from different
institutions, the
secondary institution(s) and the institution investigators are associate
with must be
listed using a superscript.
Example: Investigator Names: Faizal Drissa, MD , Dary, MD, PHD , Aini,

Poster size
Posters can be a maximum of 118.9 cm wide and 84.1 cm high (A0).

Presentation dates & times

Accepted authors are required to present their abstracts on all the dates
and times indicated in the acceptance email. At least one author must be
registered by April 6th, 2017 to be eligible to present the poster. Please
submit your abstract early if you need the decision early.
All accepted abstract will get free registration for the first author. The
committee will give registration fee back to all participants whom their
abstract accepted.
