3.0 Material and Equipment Technical Submittals/Shop Drawings:

3.1 Civil / Structural Works

4.0 Issues Concern, Problems and Resolutions

4.1. Shop drawing for new detour plan.
4.1.1 RC Const. submitted shop drawing to Engineering Dep. RC
for review and approval.
4.2 Request for the latest drawings with signature and stamp RC
4.2.1 RC Const. submit letter to Engineering Dep.
to signature and stamp it .However, this issues
is not stop CHEC to start.
4.3 Request for the as-built drawing of existing utilities. RC
4.3.1 RC Const. submit letter to Urban planning Dep.
to provide the as-built drawing to use.
4.3 Status of CHEC Excavation Permit. CHEC
4.4 Accommodation request for Management, Staff & Labor CHEC

The next Coordination Meeting to be held at RC residential section conference room as determined
during this meeting.
