CHEC shall submit all contractual requirement and deliverables as shown in the specification on specific
date. Contractor should follow the specific schedule and plan of all the submittals to avoid delay in project
schedule and progress .

3.0 Material and Equipment Technical Submittals/Shop Drawings:

3.1 Civil / Structural Works

4.0 Project Schedule Issues

a. Monthly Schedule Target : 7.20% Actual Accomplishment : 5.50%

b. Manpower On site.

Key personnel = 14 Nos. Saudi National = 0 Nos. Skilled workers = 45 Nos.

TOTAL MANPOWER = 59 Nos.

5.0 Issues Concern, Problems and Resolutions

5.1 Shop drawing for new detour plan was reviewed CHEC As Required
by RC Engineering and acceptable with comments,
CHEC to submit permit to Road Department in
phase by phase request as agreed during joint
meeting with Road department. CHEC reported
that phase 1 is already signed by Industrial safety
and security department
5.2 Request for the latest drawings with signature For Record
and stamp has already been transmitted

5.4 The Royal Commission had informed CHEC CHEC As Required
that use of excavated surplus materials
as fill materials where such material meets
specified criteria for intended use shall not
be considered as imported filling. RC advised
CHEC not to include the volume of excavated
materials used as fill materials to the volume
of imported fill materials in their calculation.
This was clearly specified in pay item 2.01
(Excavation to lower grade levels).
CHEC to study.
5.5 RC has reminded CHEC that the remaining CHEC As Required
RC field office requirements i.e. RC field office,
ten (10) slots parking sunshade stated in Section
01590 are part of the contract and CHEC must
provide. RC will provide information for the
location of RC field office/parking shade later.
5.6 Relocation of existing fire hydrant already submitted CHEC As Required
to MARAFIQ for approval. RC to follow up
5.7 Existing Sewer Manhole are to be disposed by CHEC As Required
CHEC in approved designated areas by RC.
