Satisfaction, motivation and motivation work analysis at level of small and medium
enterprises from Romania
Motivation is one of the traditional problems of organizational behavior study and has
become increasingly important in contemporary organizations. Partly this is due to the need
for increased productivity, the idea of becoming globally competitive. It is also the result of the
rapid changes experienced by contemporary organizations. Systems stable rules, regulations
and procedures that once steered behavior are replaced by demands for flexibility and
attention to consumers, requiring higher levels of initiative from employees. And this initiative
depends on motivation. Staff motivation problem is given great importance to both private
sector and in the budget. All managers agree that achieving organizational goals depends
heavily on their subordinates' behavior and attitude towards their duties and how
the relationship between them and the management team. An important factor is personality
and a dynamic environment. Individuals do not keep all of the conservative. Some feel the
need or are required to develop the knowledge base. Others improve their skills gained in an
industry with a steady and persistent work. This study aims to highlight the link between
motivation and job satisfaction. Presentation of causes leading to the development of
human resources and possibilities demotivrii that management may consider for managing
problems caused by dissatisfaction. In the research time I left a number of assumptions under
which individual expectations are related to motivation, while the real rewards, resulting from
acts carried out related to satisfaction. To achieve this objective investigations were conducted
at three businesses with 70 employees each, and about the same organizational structures,
using chetionarului. The questionnaire was designed to monitor key aspects of motivation and
job satisfaction. Another aspect is intended to be revealed through the questionnaire is the
criteria by which decisions are made within the organizations analyzed, and the high or the
contrary, low circulation of information on reforms in rural small and medium enterprises. I
applied as a means of self-questionnaire survey method. Self questionnaire was done in the
presence of the researcher trying to eliminate the non - responses.
Keywords: satisfaction, motivation, management, work organization.
