Dear Madam Asmad,

I am very sorry for what I did the other day. In hindsight, my action was extremely
childish, disruptive and disrespectful to you.

The purpose of writing this sorry letter is to apologize for not being able to attend your
class. I am really sorry that I had to miss such an important lecture.

I really look up to you as my mentor as I want to tell you the reason because of which I
could not attend the class. First of all, i really did not know that we had class on that
day. Kamil texted me when i was outside of this IPG. In the morning of that day, i made
a promise with my friend to accompany him to see a doctor in Jerteh because he injured
his leg. After that we went to buy some items for preparation for our football friendly
match. It was a lie that i went to the class, so sorry madam. Actually, there was
someone that help me to sign the attendance. I cannot tell who he was. I arrived in this
IPG after Asar prayer. Your class had finish.

I know I have missed on one of the most important lectures for which you had asked
everyone to be present without fail. I really hope that you will understand my situation
and will forgive me for not being able to come for the class that day. Please accept my
sincere apologies and I promise that I will never do this kind of problem again later. You
can expect better and more appropriate behavior from me in the future. I have learned
from this experience and understand that a certain level of refrain and professionalism
is expected of me in the classroom.

I recognize your dedication to education and your commitment to instill in me the

knowledge I need to succeed. I hope our relationship is undamaged from my actions
and that I can continue to learn and grow under your guidance.

Thanks for considering my situation. Sincere apologies.

Yours sincerely,

Mohamad Asraf Bin Mohd Saperi
