Note: 1. VIJETA (JP*): This is a batch of students promoted to class-XII in session 2017-18 from enrolled students of class-XI [VIKAAS-JA] and [VIPUL-JB] in session 2016-17. The batch shall start
tentatively in February, 2017 and would continue for 4 weeks wherein the students cover few topics of class-XII. Although these topics are also covered later on in VIJETA (JP) starting from April, 2017;
students of both JP* and JP are merged in April. JP* is meant for the students who enroll in due time (As per the schedule communicated to them in the promotion letter given during Diwali vacations)
and get the advantage of starting early from other JP batches.
2. Students might observe variation in the course duration of VIKAAS (JA) and VIPUL (JB) courses; the variation is due to difference in the starting period of both courses. The course curriculum and
syllabus to be taught is same the difference in the course duration is managed by changing the frequency of the classes per week.
This Academic Calendar in all respects is applicable only at Kota. At other Resonance Study Centres, students/parents may find some 'minor' variations to accommodate City-specific features/factor.
Hence, they are advised to check and go through the Academic Calendar of respective Study Centre before taking admission in any of the above Yearlong Classroom Contact Programs (YCCPs).

(ii) Visiting your bank branch : If you do not have net banking facility or do not have a computer for using this facility then you still can make the on line payment of the
fee payable to Resonance Eduventures Limited visiting your bank branch and by filling up a simple form prescribed by your bank for making the payment through
NEFT. Please note that making payment through this mode is a better substitute in terms of cost and time involved of making payment through Demand
Draft/Pay order.
In accordance with the details provided through this form by you to your bank, your bank will make the on line payment through NEFT and ensure the transfer/credit
of fee amount , as authorized by you, in our (Resonance) bank account.
(3) By filling up the Debit Instruction (DI) form given in the Admission Packet: This is again an another convenient mode of payment which is the substitute of
using your cheque book. The important feature of making the fee payment through this mode is that you can fill up the details in this form for both/all the installments
payable (for payment of second/subsequent instalment the execution date will be mentioned by you which will be the due date of payment of your second/relevant
instalment).
This is a direct transfer of the fees from your account to Resonance account without getting clearing involved since both the accounts are the same bank
having no charges involved.
However, this mode of payment can only be used if you have bank account with any of the following eight banks, which are the designated banks with whom we have
made a specific tie up:-
(i) State Bank of India (SBI) (ii) State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur (SBBJ) (iii) Punjab National Bank (iv) HDFC Bank
(v) ICICI Bank (vi) Axis Bank (vii) IDBI (Viii) Central Bank of India
This form has to be signed by the Account Holder only, who will sign in the appropriate boxes on the bottom of the form towards the right hand side of the
form. Please make sure that your signatures on the form should match to your signatures with the bank and all the details are filled up correctly especially your bank
account number and the roll number. The DI form number will be the same as your Roll number. By using this mode of payment you can avoid making a separate visit to
your bank or any other specific arrangement for this purpose. For your convenience we will give you a reminder about the due amount of such next fee installment to be
charged from your account a week before such execution date.
While using this mode, please make sure to make available the adequate balance in your bank account before the execution date(s) as applicable.

(4) By swiping the Credit/Debit Card: The other convenient mode of fee payment is through credit or debit card by swiping the same on the EDC machines at the
respective centre of Resonance. The due amount of fee through credit card can be paid provided there is adequate available limit in the respective credit card(s). In case
of this swiping mode the convenience fee of (1% for Debit Card, 1.15% for Credit Card)+service tax will be charged from you. You are also supposed to bring the one of the
ID proofs of the Card Holder at the time of swiping of card such as PAN card, Driving License, Voters card, or Aadhar Card.
This mode of fee payment may be convenient for you under certain specific circumstances, however, in order to avoid this convenience fee we advise you to use the other
convenient modes for payment of fee.
We have made a specific tie up in case of certain designated Credit Cards for payment of fee in 6 monthly installments (EMIs) which will involve a rate of interest in the
rage of 12 to 14% p.a. for your comfort and convenience.
For any queries with respect to the mode or process of fee deposition please send your query to mail id fee@resonance.ac.in or Call Toll Free No. 1800 258 5555

Please, don't forget to collect the prescribed receipt of Course fee/ any fee/ amount deposited in Resonance.
1. What is the difference between online payment using payment gateway at the site of Resonance vis a vis making the online payment using the NEFT
Mode going through the web site of the respective bank ?
Ans. Technically both the mechanisms are identical and similar and in both the modes the login and password of your net banking will be required. In case of payment
gateway the extra step of creating and adding beneficiary i.e. Resonance Eduventures Limited is not required. In addition, the payment gateway mechanism
makes a direct route of transfer of amount from your bank account to the bank account of Resonance, which makes it relatively simpler and faster. In addition, we
may keep a quick track of the receipt or failure of the amount for a quick confirmation to you. Therefore, we advise you to prefer the payment gateway route as
compared to NEFT route.
2. If we encounter difficulty or failure of technology in executing the fee payment using the payment gateway or NEFT whom should we approach for the
necessary assistance?
Ans. You may mail for the required assistance on fee@resonance.ac.in OR You may call up on 1800 258 5555 for necessary assistance in this matter.
3. I have received the Debit Instruction (DI) Form and filled it up also for execution of the both the installments for fee payment, where should I send the
same and how the fee payment process will take place?
Ans. We have provided you a self addressed (at Resonance Kota) envelope for your convenience. Please insert the duly filled up and signed DI form and dispatch the
same preferably through Speed Post by paying the applicable charges (please avoid the ordinary post).
We, on receipt of the same, quickly (preferably on the same day if received by 12.00 p.m. or otherwise next day) send the same to the respective Bank for amount
of transfer of fee amount from your account to the account of Resonance. Our team will send a confirmation of such credit in our account through SMS to you on
the mobile number of the Account Holder provided on the DI Form.
4. This form is in three copies which copy to be sent and which one to be kept by us?
Ans. The first copy (original copy in white colour) is Banks copy and second copy (in green colour) is Resonance copy. The third copy is in yellow colour, which is your
(parents) copy. These are in self carbon form and have to be filled putting all together and filling up the white (original copy). The other two copies will, on its own
carry the writing impression. The white (original) and green (second) copies are to be inserted in the self addressed envelope and the third copy (the yellow colour
copy) is your copy which you will keep with you.
5. Can I deposit the DI form at the respective Centre (City) of Resonance instead of sending the same by courier to Kota?
Ans. No, the same can not be deposited at the branch/centre at any other city. Since the processing of these forms can only be done in Kota, therefore, we advise you to
insert the same in the self addressed envelope and dispatch to Resonance, Kota only. Branches are advised not to accept there but to advise you to directly send
the same to Kota.
6. What should be the dead line (the last date) by which the DI form should reach to Kota through Speed Post/Courier etc.?
Ans. You will get to know the last date through this Reso guide or through the respective branch or centre in your city or through our Call Centre team about the last date
of deposit of fee for the respective/applicable course. However, it is pertinent to note that the last date for opting the fee deposition through the DI mode would be
two days prior to the general date as the last date of payment. For example if the last date, in general, is 25th February then to opt for DI as mode of payment would

be 23rd February by which the DI form should reach to Kota. (This is to avoid any hassles involved due to the last day being Sunday/Holiday.)
As a matter of an abundant caution we advise all the parents to carry some amount of cash at least ` 15,000/- to deposit and to ensure provisional admission
subject to realization of the fee pending in the process completion or delayed receipt of the speed post etc. Such amount (` 15,000/- or so) would be subject to
refund if after completion of the fee realization process through the relevant mode(s) of fee payment, if it is eventually realized in excess.
7. In case We have dispatched the DI form inserting the same in the self addressed envelope by speed post and the same has not reached before the last
date, as applicable then how to ensure that our case be considered for admission and batch allotment?
Ans. Yes, in that case you have to deposit the fee through any other suitable mode. In such a case you are advised to make sure getting in touch with our call centre
team or on the numbers provided i.e. 1800 258 5555 DI Forms at Kota before the last date, as applicable.
8. If I have paid the first installment of the fee applicable through cash/ DD/ payment gateway/ NEFT/ Debit or credit card etc. but I wish to pay the second
installment through DI form which I find more convenient in order to avoid the difficulty in future, Can I do so?
Ans. Yes, you are welcome and are strongly recommended to pay your second installment of fee through DI form, if you have opted any other mode for payment of your
fee for the first installment. In that case please strike off the column provided for the first installment and only fill up the second installment and also sign within the
appropriate box assigned for the purpose of second installment for signature and strike off the remaining boxes. Now, the duly filled up DI form should be inserted
in the self addressed envelope and should be dispatched to Resonance Kota preferably through the Speed Post.
9. If we are taking admission in another city (other than Kota) at the respective Resonance Centre, can we use the DI form for payment of our fee?
Ans. Since the arrangement of processing of DI forms has been made with the banks situated at Kota only therefore we have not provided this particular mode of
payment at any other location, therefore you are advised to use the other modes of payment in such cases.
However, for payment of second or subsequent installments of fee payment we advise and encourage you to pay the fee through DI form depositing the same at
the respective Centre in your city. The Centres will in turn arrange to send these DI forms for fee collection of second or subsequent installment to Kota. We
recommend that for payment of second or subsequent installment at the other locations this would be the most convenient mode of fee payment, however, for the
payment of first installment we recommend the other modes of fee payment at such locations (other than Kota).
10. If I have provided the DI form for second installment of fee due in near future and in the meantime any scholarship amount is granted to our ward can we
provide the revised DI form for the reduced amount of second installment in that case?
Ans. You need not to go for the revised DI form for making the necessary amendment in the second installment of fee amount due. Any scholarship granted to you in the
meantime, shall be paid to you transferring the same directly in the bank account details provided by you in the application form, Subject to the completion of
formalities involved with respect to the refund process, as applicable.

Course Fee) from the choice filled initially in the Application Form for Yearlong Classroom Contact Programs of Resonance. In such a case, the institute

depositing the required amount of Fee (as mentioned below) at the institute's fee counter through Demand Draft/ Debit Card/ECS/Standing Instructions.
The student has to first enquire at the institute's fee counter about the availability of space (for the change he/ she is applying) and once given the
approval then he/ she has to fill up the request form available at the counter along with the requisite fee. (Any case of transfer (Course/ Centre/ Medium)
shall be subject to the availability of vacancy/ space in the Course/ Medium/ Centre. However, it shall be the sole decision of institute's management to

Q.3 Is there any difference in the Teaching Methodology of the system being followed at Resonance Study Centres in comparison to Kota?
Ans. Each and every Study Centre of Resonance is a replica of the system of Kota. The Academic and Non-Academic Management is supervised from
Kota; however local functions are executed by the respective team members at their Study Centres. The Course Plan of an individual study centre
is framed and kept in synchronization with the course plan at all Study Centres; test schedule and portion (almost) also in coherence with others.
The faculty team comprises of members who have relocated from Resonance - Kota with few other team members who are residents of that
city. There is no difference in the Study Material, Teaching Methodology, Periodic Tests, Discussion of Doubts, Infrastructure, Academic & Non-
academic facilities etc.; the only difference is the name of city.
Q.4 How shall we come to know about our ward's attendance & performance?
Ans. At Resonance, we offer the mentioned services to keep the parents informed and updated about their ward's performance and attendance.
Student's Attendance in Regular Classes: We do take the attendance of students coming to the class on a daily basis. Any student whosoever
is found absent in the class without any prior intimation or a sanctioned leave then a SMS will be sent on the parent's mobile number of that
student intimating them about their wards absence. In case, of a long absenteeism, the parents are informed in writing and if the reason for
absence is not found genuine and satisfactory then a disciplinary action is taken against the student which can be financial or suspension from
classes. The same procedure is followed in the periodic tests.
Student's Academic Performance: A Personal communication to the parents (3-4 times by post) about the wards performance is also made by
the institute in the form of Student's Academic Performance and Evaluation Report (SAPER). It comprises of the Marks scored by the student in
the Periodic Tests held at Resonance, Centre Rank, All Resonance Rank, Percentage, Percentile, overall Graphical representation of the student's
performance and a summary of student's attendance.
NOTE: The result of the students is also communicated to the parents through SMS after every test and parents can also check the performance
of their ward on the succeeding Monday of the test on our website under the Student's Corner section.

IMPORTANT
Resonance is a system-oriented organization where we emphasize on success in competitive examinations through various factors like teaching
methodology, faculty members, study material, periodic testing system, academic research & development, competitive benchmarking, learning
environment, performance measurement, monitoring analysis & improvement, motivation & counseling and co-academic care & students welfare.
We have a large pool of competent, qualified & experienced team of faculty members in all the subjects. Hence, as a system; we are committed
towards the effective & satisfactory course completion of the students enrolled with us in various Programs with the aim of their success in various
competitive examinations.
We, as a system also take every possible step to ensure the stability & continuing association of faculty members with us. We take all possible
measures to keep our faculty members motivated and inspired to work for the success of our students. That is why we have one of the lowest attrition
rates of faculty members in the coaching field. However, in today's dynamic environment we can not 'fully' ensure the continuation & commitment of all
the faculty members for the whole academic session with us. At times, it happens that some faculty members quit during the academic session due to
some reasons but we have the adequate & competent faculty members all the time as their worthy replacement
