widerdistribution.SamertoaskMunirtopostalinktothemeetingminutesintheweeklyemail.

MCC Cleanliness BOD members discussed the recent incidences of leftover food in Munirs office. Catherine
informed theboard that she spoke to Munir and reiterated tohim that no eatingand drinking is allowed in his
office.Munirwillmonitorthesituationandinformhisinternsthatfoodshouldbeeatenoutside.Munirmayposta
signoutsidetheofficeiftheproblemstillpersists.

BoysElementaryHalaqaUpdateBODmembersdiscussedtheboyselementaryHalaqathatisplannedatMCC.
TheHalaqawillbeheldbetween78pmonFridayisplannedtostarton3/10/17.AminMukhtarwillbeleadingthe
HalaqaandwillbesupervisedbyImamTahir.Theprogramwillbeincludedinthenewsletterandwillbesentout
byMunir.

Hatims Youth Program Update Catherine updated the BOD on Hatims Youth program. Hatims brother has
agreed to lead a boys Halaqa between 78pm on Friday. He will be working with Imam Tahir. There will be
basketballformiddleandhighschoolkidsatHartMiddleSchoolbetween810pmontwoFridaysofeverymonth.
Insurancerelatedtogymusagehasbeentakencareoff.Threemonthtrialstartswithinthenexttwoweeks.All
expensesrelatedtotheprogramwillbecoveredaspartoftheoriginalagreement.

Internet,WebsiteandMCCFacebookpageupdateMCCBODmembersdiscussedITupgradesplannedforthe
center. Everything remains on track for the Comcast install. MCC Facebook page will be the official MCC
communication avenue on Facebook as the group is going to be converted into TriValley Muslim advertising
forum.

ShahidprovidedanupdateontheMCCwebsite.Shahidhaspreparedadocumentdetailingtheplan,timeline,as
wellastherequirements.Shahidmentionedthatthelogowillremainthesame,andallitemsinvolvingMohidwill
be out of scope and will stay with Mohid. Furthermore, MCC Events will be shown on the website and will be
integrated with Facebook. The website will be consistent with the newsletter. No changes are planned for MCC
YouTube and twitter. BOD members suggested that the Sunday school website be also integrated to the MCC
website. Shahid mentioned that Sunday school admin are aware of the new website and they will be kept
informedoftheprogress.

ShahidmentionedthatthePrimaryuserbaseforthewebsiteispeoplethatknowMCCalready.Therewillbeshort
videoclipshighlightingthetypesofeventsatMCC.Thewebsitewillalsoenablepeopletosignupeasilyforthe
mailinglistandwilltrytomakemembershipeasier.BODmembersadvisedShahidtoleveragecertainthingsfrom
theoldwebsiteandleveragecertainthingsfromtheMCAwebsite.Shahidmentionedthathewouldbeavailable

thewebsitedesigners.

MCCSecurityUpdateCatherineupdatedtheBODoncamerainstallationatMCC.Newcameraswillbeinstalled
on Saturday. MCC security consultant will work with Br Salman on the install. MCC Security Consultant will be
availableforquestionsattheMCCTownhall.

OtherItems

MCC Townhall BOD Members agreed to have a Townhall for 4/14. It will be a family night/Townhall event.
SamertoaskMunirtoreservetheconferenceroom.TimeandAgendatobedecided.

CommunityFeedbackZarinareadthroughthecommentsreceivedfromthecommunitythroughthesuggestion
dropboxes.AnumberofsuggestionswereregardingthePizzaofferedtothekidsatSundayschool.Catherinewill
workwithSundayschooladmintoeitherhaveadifferentPizzaplaceprovidePizzaoroffersomethingelsetothe
kids.

Another suggestion from the community was for MCC to hire a fulltime Imam. Catherine mentioned that the
requestforanimamhascomeinbefore.BODmemberswilldiscusswiththeBOTonpotentialoptionstofulfillthis
request.

Lastly,CatherinementionedthatsheandAmirwilldoaperformancereviewforMunirwithinthenextfewweeks.

Catherine,BashaandSamertoalsoworkonaresolutiontocontinueallowAminTiwana(formerTreasurer)the
abilitytosignchecksonbehalfonMCC.
