The following project was for HOOK LDN,

a licensed brand at Fabris Lane. I was
required to design a mens style for their SS18
collection.
Quick sketches to create initial ideas aiding me to take the next step in the project.
Simple CAD outline prototypes to help refine my initial ideas.

This project had a short lead time of 6 weeks.
The idea was to introduce a middle paper in-
between the original and luxury range. This
range includes subtle enhancements, such as
spot UV, white ink and raised inks.
Development of some initial ideas.
Sketch model of an initial idea. I went into great detail to find the right size for the cut in the top lid,
by rationally exploring different sizes through quick illustrator drawings.
This concept is a refinement from the previous page and conveys the Spot UV finish on the wrap.
The wrap communicates the finish on the business cards inside, through touch.

and function.
Sketches exploring different openings and forms.
It was important for us to articulate a technological aesthetic, hence, the angular form exploration.
Early sketch models were created, to get a better understanding of the selected ideas physically.
This enabled me to get a better idea of the function, proportion, size and manufacturing possibilities.
Final outcome.

The following project stemmed from a simple

brief to create a fashionable passport holder
for men.
Initial ideas. Above are my initial sketches inspired from my research.
Initial prototypes to help identify the best ideas to take forward. All prototypes were made out of card, paper & fabric.
Refined sketches.
Developing the final design concept by prototyping various card slot ideas.

The following project originated from a simple brief.

Design a product to extend a brand into an alternative
market. I chose the well known English leather-goods
brand, Mulberry. My aim was to extend their male
market through the design of a watch.
Initial ideas. Above are my initial sketches inspired from my research.
Initial prototypes created from sketches. This was a really useful task in getting a crucial understanding of size and shape.
Refined prototypes.
Final sketches revising final concept.
