octave/min for 4 hrs in all planes.

For meter with working pr. less than 75 mbar, no leakage till int. pr. of
115 mbar. For meters with working pr. bet 75 mbar & 7 bar, hydrostatic
test at 5 times the max. working pr. for 30 min without significant
yeilding, pneumatic test at 1.1 times the max working pr. for 10 min.
Rate of change of pr. shall be less than 350 mbar/s.

+/- 2% at any rate of flow between the badged rating and any rate of
flow not less than 1/50 th of the badged rating.
2 mbar to 4 mbar.
0.6 to 1 mbar

Pass air at a flow rate equal to badged rating for 30 min. & then at flow
rate of 115% of its badged rating for 135 days at 20 deg C.

No visible pegmanent distortion. 2000 cycles at 30 cycles/hr at int. pr.

varying from 0 mbar to either max. working pr. plus 200/345 mbar. Rate
of change of pr. shall not exceed 345 mbar/s.
Should withstand a 80 kg load having a flat bottom surface area of 100
sq. mm without shock, to any point on the top of the case. No visible
deformation.
Mass of striker is 3kg. For 1 mm striker, ht. of drop is 175 mm & impact
energy is 5 J. For 4 mm striker, ht. of drop is 350 mm & impact energy is
10 J.
Threaded - BS 746 (bet. 50-160 Nm torque). Flanged - BS 4504
(160NM)
Supply air to meter at pr. of 50 mbar. Temp.of furnace is incr. by 821 deg
C in 30 mins. and leakage rate is monitored & recorded.

Painting is polyester powder plastics coating which is

tropicalized and suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation
considering heavy rainfall and humid condition.

Painting color: Grey or any other neutral color to be approved by

client

The gas meters made by Hangzhou Beta Gas meter Co., Ltd.,
which are printed with polyester powder plastics coating, have
more stronger ability to against the heavy humidity and rainfall.

Material construction is in conformity with BS4161 part 5,1990
and OIML R31.

OK, we can print the Custom name on the index, but you should
provide your marks for our design the new nameplate.
In our export packing, we often use one individual box for each
meter and six boxes in one master carton, and 42 cartons on one
pallet with nylon plastic wrapped, to avoid the impact and
raining.
Valid ISO 9001 issued by TUV management Service GmbH
(Germany)

Now our gas meters have been registered in Malaysia and

Hungary. Now our sample meters are being tested in NMI
(Holland laboratory) applied by one of our client, now some
testing have finished, including , we will get the certificates of
EEC, OIML and Holland pattern approval by the end of June
and because EN1359 required more 3000 hours endurance test,
so we will get EN1359 certificate by the end of this year.

Valid OIML Certificate for Product Conformity including G1.6,

G2.5 and G4 natural gas meters issued by Bureau Veritas
(France).
