On behalf of the Directors and shareholders, I have
much pleasure in presenting the Company Profile of PT.
Borneo Brother to seek your humble consideration on
our coal and mineral resources.
I strongly recommend its reading in full.
PT. Borneo Brother is targeting early revenue to
minimize reliance on further capital rising for ongoing
exploration and development.
Near term potential production opportunities existing
inferred resources from surface into planned scoping
the feasibility study regarding development and
production with low capital and operating cost, is our
ultimate objective.
Strong exploration portfolio provides potential for
substantial increase in resources through development
of coal and other mineral opportunities. Exploration
target are adjacent to exiting Resources which
themselves are open literally and at depth.

HISTORIS
PT. Borneo Brother didirikan pada tahun 2008 yang
merupakan perusahaan trading yang memproduksi
batubara dan mineral yang mensuplai untuk pasar
domestik dan internasional. Suplai batubara PT. Borneo
Brother secara langsung didukung oleh perusahaan
tambang yang memiliki 7 lokasi yang tersebar di
Kalimantan Selatan dan Kalimantan Tengah. Produksi
batubara secara umum yaitu GCV 4900 to GCV 6800,
untuk jenis kalori tinggi terdapat di lokasi Kalimantan
Tengah.
Kekuatan produksi terletak pada sumber daya manusia
di dalamnya, keahlian yang bertujuan penghematan,
efisiensi dan operasi produksi dengan kemampuan
tinggi. Dalam strategi, telah dibuktikan kemampuannya
untuk memberikan dukungan kekuatan finansial untuk
meningkatkan naiknya rasio keuntungan dan juga untuk
mengembangkan investasi kembali kepada pemegang
saham.
Dan kedepan akan mengembangkan jangkauan bisnis
yang tidak terbatas pada usaha pertambangan. Misi
kami bertujuan untuk selalu bersinergi bahwa

HISTORY
PT. Borneo Brother was established in 2008, is an
independent coal and mineral resources producer and
trading which supplies both domestic and international
market through term contract. Borneo Brother is trading
company which directly source fully supported by miner
who has seven coal mines are located in South
Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan. Coal production
generally have from GCV 4900 to GCV 6800, which that
the high calorie located in Central Kalimantan.
Strength lies in its people and through them, its ability
to run safe, efficient and highly productive operations.
Strategically, it has demonstrated an ability to build a
strong financial base it is committed to profitable
growth and to providing a sound investment return for
its shareholders.
In near future, it seeks advancing business not only
limited to the mining industries. Our vision is to
constantly synergize its businesses in creating value of

Aktifitas Perusahaan PT. Borneo Brother, saat ini PT. Borneo Brother actual acitivity is concern in multiple
berkonsentrasi pada beberapa bidang usaha yang capital company site that each division have preserved

I. Divisi Trading Batubara I. Coal Trading Site

PT. Borneo Brother, dalam aktifitas trading batubara
selama ini telah menjalin kerjasama supply produk
batubara yang berasal dari Kalimantan Selatan kepada
beberapa end user, baik domestic maupun luar negeri
untuk memenuhi kebutuhan akan bahan bakar
batubara. Diantaranya pada beberapa industri produk
semen, produksi kertas, dan tenaga listrik seperti yang
selama ini telah terjalin dalam transaksi jual-beli.
Untuk menjamin kualitas/kuantitas produk batubara
dalam keadaan cukup untuk memenuhi purchase order,
PT. Borneo Brother telah menjalin kerjasama secara
langsung, maupun melalui mitra usaha, atau dari
perusahaan lokal kami sendiri.
PT. Borneo Brother, through coal trading site activity in
further have a great corporate relationship on supply
demand coal by miner from South Kalimantan, selling
coal for many end-user (buyer) from domestic or
international to suply coal energy needs. Meanwhile
many industry used in commodity such as industry
cement plants, pulp, and power plant has become a
good customer relationship transcation.
To guarantee services our quality and quantity product
in supply for demand trading activity, PT. Borneo
Brother has a very good mutual business relation with
our partner direct miner or with our local company.

II. Divisi Penambangan Batubara II. Coal Mining Site

Mendukung kegiatan divisi penambangan batubara ini,
perusahaan menjalin kerjasama, dan memperoleh Surat
Kerjasama Penambangan Batubara (SKPB) dari beberapa
perusahaan pemilik Izin Kuasa Pertambangan.
Surat Kerjasama Penambangan Batubara (SKPB) meliputi
kegiatan menambang, mengangkut, menumpuk dan
mengolah batubara dan juga termasuk kegiatan
menjual/memasarkan batubara kepada customer/end
user dengan tetap memenuhi ketentuan standarisasi
pola penambangan yang benar sehingga menghasilkan
kualitas yang.
Pada saat ini, kegiatan tambang yang dilakukan oleh
perusahaan telah berjalan dengan target kapasitas
15.000 MT/bulan sampai dengan 150.000 MT/bulan.

have handed on Certificated For Coal Trader from Dinas
Perindustrian dan Perdagangan and SKPB (Surat
Kerjasama Penambangan Batubara) with several mining
coal company which Certificated For Coal Mining/KP
(Kuasa Pertambangan) by the Government.
The SKPB is consist of activity such as mining, loading,
stocking, producing and composing coal also trading and
supply to customer/end buyer apparently with standard
quality mining methode, so it could reach quality coal
commodity from the mining location.
In actual mining activity which the company run to it on
target capacity 15.000 MT/month up to 150.000
MT/month or buyer demand.
