GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS / CONDITIONS:
1. While applying for any post, the applicant should ensure that he/she
fulfills the eligibility and other norms mentioned above. In case, it is
detected at any stage of engagement that a candidate does not
fulfill the eligibility norms and / or that he / she has furnished any
incorrect / false information or has suppressed any material fact(s),
his/her candidature will stand automatically cancelled. If any of the
above shortcoming(s) is / are detected even after engagement, his/her
services are liable to be terminated without any notice.

2. All qualifications should be recognized and approved in India by AICTE /

UGC / appropriate Statutory Authority.

3. The mere fact that a candidate has submitted application against the
advertisement would not bestow on him/her the right to be called
for written test / interview / considered for selection process.

4. The total number of projected vacancies indicated in this

advertisement may increase / decrease / be cancelled at the
discretion of Kandla Port Trust Management, if needed, without any
further notice and without assigning any reasons thereof.

5. The Management reserves the right to shortlist and restrict the number
of candidates for interview on the basis of their merit in the prescribed
professional qualification.

6. Applications duly typed, as per the format given herewith alongwith

certified copies of all the relevant particulars should reach by ordinary
post or direct delivery to the Office of the Secretary, Kandla Port Trust,
Administrative Office Building, Gandhidham - Kachchh, Gujarat
State- 370201, on or before 26/02/2016. The application received after
the last date will not be entertained even for a scrutiny and
consideration.

7. Kandla Port Trust will not be responsible for any postal delay / loss in
transit in submission of documents within specified time. No request in
