TRASTORNO DE LA CONDUCTA EN LA NIEZ

Hay estudios que especifican que entre las diversas causas que podran contribuir al
desarrollo del trastorno de la conducta se encuentran el abuso sexual y una disminucin de
la materia gris y la zona cortical del cerebro que esto conlleva (Gold, Sheridan, Peverill,
Busso, Lambert, Alves, Pine & McLaughlin, 2016) bajos niveles de dopamina beta
hidroxilaza (Isaksson, Grigorenko, Oreland, Af Klinteberg, Koposov & Ruchkin, 2016)
disfunciones en las zonas de rostro-dorsomedial, fronto-cingulada y ventral estriatal que
median la toma de decisiones basada en la recompensa, que suele estar comprometida en el
trastorno(Alegria, Radua & Rubia, 2016) la poca madurez desarrollada del carcter al
expresar conductas agresivas (Nilsson, Falk, Billstedt, Kerekes, Anckarsater, Wallinius &
Hofyander, 2016 ) y la baja tolerancia al estrs y respuesta anormal ante l con bajos
niveles de cortisol (Schoorl, van Rijn, de Wied, van Goozen & Swaab, 2016). Adems, otro
estudio seala que en los nios con trastorno de la conducta existira una fuerte asociacin
negativa entre los rasgos de insensibilidad y la tristeza emptica (Pijper, de Wied, van Rijin,
van Goozen, Swaab & Meeus, 2016). Una de las grandes diferencias del Desorden
Conductual con otros trastornos como TDAH, el Desorden del Espectro Autista o los nios
con dificultades de aprendizaje sera la severidad de las conductas de desobediencia y
violacin de reglas (Efstratopoulou, Janssen & Simons., 2012).
Se cree que una manera de intervencin ante los trastornos disruptivos, como el
trastorno de la conducta, sera el fortalecimiento del carcter y el manejo, control y
autorregulacin emocional por medio de la Terapia Conductual Dialctica, creada
originalmente para personas con diagnstico de Trastorno Lmite de la Personalidad.

cualitativas para asegurar que las personas que son diagnosticadas con Trastorno de
Conducta poseen una carga emocional detrs de lo observado, y la consideracin de la
relacin directa que tiene la conducta del nio con la de los padres (Lewis, Petch, Wilson,
Fox & Craig, 2015).
