Narrative On March 18 2017, shortly after 2am Potsdam PD received a

criminal mischief complaint on Depot Street. Patrol responded
and determined that the suspect had intentionally damaged the
rear windshield of a motor vehicle. Through investigation, it was
found that the above listed subject had intentionally struck the
rear windshield of the victims vehicle with his forehead causing
the windshield to shatter. An arrest warrant was obtained and on
March 24th at approximately 4pm the subject turned himself in at
 the PD. He was arraigned in Potsdam Town Court and released
under the supervision of probation to return at a later date.
