Achilice Education, named after Achilice Barnerd, a student of MBA 54 batch of IBA, an

Education related business enterprise, is operating its business in Dhaka and Chittagong. It has
started its business with a mission that it will change the traditional approach of teaching in
coaching centers in Bangladesh and with a motto that they will create a revolution in coaching
business sector.

Nine Cs of Achilice Education:

Capacity

Though Sumon Sen started the business with zero capital but his brand value over facebook,
now it is being operated by 8 partners including 3 from our 54 batch. Now the present status or
capacity of the business is the 2000 square feet office space in farmgate with 100 students in its
4 major courses (BCS, BANK JOB, TARGET WRITING and IBA). With its present capacity the
business is capable of managing 300 students providing with scheduled classes, one to one
service and library facility.

Capital:

Initially the Business was started with zero capital but by investing the expertise of knowledge.
Later some 400000 tk was raised by its 8 partners when it went under partnership agreement.
The main capital of intellectual based business is personal expertise. Like other intellectual
business, Achilice Education was blessed with this investment and was able to collect minimum
capital to run in a short longer market.

Culture:

Achilice Education is committed to provide best teaching services to those students who need
to surpass in any competitive exam.That the unique facility Achilice Education is providing is
one to one student service and counseling, which is completely rare in this industry and is the
main key getting quick responses from the clients. Achilice Education believes and holds the
chant different in thinking and everywhere in its operation this chant is identifiable.

Competition:

Since Achilice Education started its business with the product IBA MBA admission preparation
in farmgate,Dhaka, renting a single room It faced no competition. But after starting in broader
market it faced competition from Capstone Education, another player in same industry, which is
providing the same service. Now Capstone Education is its main competitor but it believes very
soon other big player of this industry will consider Achilice Education as their partner.

Collaboration:

It is almost impossible to sustain in market with only personal effort. Major players of this
industry has not made any collaboration with any other organization but Achilice education to
excel its business made a collaboration with Esho Sikhi Dot Com. Being collaborated with
Esho Sikhi Dot Com , Achilice Education is making 100 hours video tutorials for different types
of competitive exams those will be provided students with some premium. Though all cost will
be maintained by Esho Sikhi Dot Com, just due to manpower supplement Achilce Education
will get 20% profit from the selling money of video tutorials.

Customers:

The main customers of Achilice Education is competitive examinees. Its customers age ranges
from 23 to 30. Now it has two branches; main branch is in Dhaka and another one is in
Chittagong. Its total customers enrolled in different courses are 120 in dhaka branch and 50 in
Chittagong. Its aim is to serve an average 400 students in a month. Though it is far behind from
its target but 120 students is a good amount within this short span of time in this competitive
industry and it is hoping within next 12 months it will achieve 50% of its target.
The Outer Triangle

Country-context:

Achilice Education has emerged as the most popular among all the new entities in this
industry.Though it has only few numbers of customers but it is known to almost 50000 people.
With its excelling performance very soon it will reach to its target market.

Cross-country:

The company has no plan to perform in foreign market but it is planning to create a virtual
market over internet to provide quality services in SAT GRE GMAT.Its initial planning is to cover
local market selling video tutorials to the students and then it will think for cross-country context.

Creative-domain:

The main strength of the company is its one to one service. It is committed to provide a teacher
whenever a student asks for.
