Muffling of Cell Phones at constrained locale

Abstract

People are ready to live without even food but not certainly without the Cell Phones. Because it
presents us the world in our palm immediately and informatively. So it is prevalent everywhere
unfailingly irrespective of status, age, and income. Yes it gives us enormous advantages over our
day to day life unfailingly. But what about the turbulences it creates? Be it hospital, office board
room, Theatre, Class Rooms, or any other public place it certainly creates disturbance among the
people who have assembled there for a cause. So we try to distort those kinds of disturbances by
prohibiting the Cell Phones in particular area automatically. Here Hand-Off Mechanism is used
to disable the Cell Phone and the mobile phone thinks that it enters into a new base station which
is actually installed by us to deceive the cell phones as new base station. In the present scenario
this idea will be helpful to all the organizations to have smooth conduct of any meeting in their
premises.
