Sub: Non receiving the interest amount of GL No 1254

Sir

I undersigned Nagendra Sawant customer of MMFL canacona Branch since 5 yrs, and
having Gold Loan bearing no 1254. On 27 th of January 2017 I had visited your branch
for paying the monthly interest of GL No 1254 , but your staff refused to take the
interest amount by saying reason that we are not able to receive your interest and need
to renew your account, the reason given by your staff was irrelevant, again I visited on
30th Jan 2017 for paying interest and renewing my account with my receipt but again
they gave me reason saying that we are not able to renew your account as RM has left
the company and there is no approving authority to approve your renewal, actually this
is your internal matter and I am not concern about it but still due to that I am suffering.
Again on 5th of Feb 2017 went to renew the account and again they gave me some silly
reasons. Due to this my interest is increasing day by day and I will not be able to pay
those extra amounts which is increasing because of you. Also without any of my fault I
have to bare those losses and whatever happening with me is really not acceptable. So
this is my notice to you for not accepting the money.

I will not pay the extra interest amount after 27 th Jan 2017 which is increased because
of you and if you dont accept the interest amount than I will take the necessary action
against you.
