1; Tell me about your self.

a; My name is Dedy Nurisyan Sumarno, you can call me Dedy,
b; I have 1 sibling, her name is Lusy Nur Faradila, and I am the first child in my family,
c; Now I live in Praya, Central Lombok, I live in here because my mother from Lombok,
and my father from Java,
d; So, I use 3 lenguage at home, Indonesia lenguage with my sister, Sasak lenguage with
my mother, and Java lenguage with my father,
e; My hobbies are playing guitar and singing sometimes, but my voice is not good sound,
f; I like typing, in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, so I think typing is my
habbit,
g; Even though, I still need to learn more about Microsoft Excel, because I have not been
able to use the formula.

2; What position are you applying for ?

I am applying to be Assistant.

3; What is your lastest education background ?

I am a Senior High School graduate, but I took a year for business and administration
program in LPK Mataram.

4; What are your strengths ?

a; As I have said, I can operate Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint,
b; I always happy when I getting new things,
c; And if I can not handle it, I am a fast learner,
d; I always ready to accept any command,
e; And I always complete the work quickly.

5; What are your weakness ?

a; I can not type use my 10 fingers, I just can use a few of my fingers, but I can type
quickly
b; I often late to sleep if I have a lot of work, but I still wake up in the morning
c; I am so difficult to concentrate if there is a commotion
d; I think I still need to learn harder

6; What are your salary requirements ?

a; I am a fresh graduate. Salary is not my first priority,
b; So I expect a considerable of salary according to my ability and your companys
norms.

7; What are your career goal ?

a; I want to be a manager like you,
b; But, my biggest dream is I have my own company and hiring someone, especially the
people in my hometown, because so many unemployment there.
8; Why should I hire you ?
a; I am a hard worker, honest, and I can work with team and individually;
b; I can be serious and joking;
c; I can work under pressure;
d; I always on time if there is something;
e; So I think you need me as an assistant.

9; Why do you want to work at our company ?

a; I like this job, because this job is my passion and my expertise;
b; When I read about your company, I found out that my skills are matching your
requirements;
c; And if I accepted in this company, I would be very happy, because this is my dream
job.

10; Tell me what you know about this company.

a; This company is a financial services, was established in jakarta, 2000;
b; The founder of this bank is Prof. Dr. M. Amin Aziz, and Dinno Indiano as a President
Directur
c; This bank is very closely related with islams rules;
d; So if the rules relating with muslim rules, I think all will be fine;
e; This bank is very much awarded;
f; For a branches, I appologize I dont know about that, because I have been searching
in internet, but its nothing.
