HONOR BEFORE ALL ELSE

A Three part dialog for the Judea Christian and Constitutional Theologean
I opened a dialog for people to share their views on July 12. 2010 Several people have commented
on the opening comment. This will be divided into three parts
Part I
July 13, 2010 was the last day for anyone to be able to file as a candidate on the major party
ballots in Delaware.
I choose not to do this and will explain why.

Last Tuesday I was led to read 1 Samuel Ch. 12. When I got to verse 17 I heard in my spirit;
"I will confirm this message I give to you Saturday with what you are now reading" (verse 17).
Saturday we had a Thunderstorm and rain just as was in verse 17.

Then Sunday the very next day. The pastor was preaching and gave a second confirmation
with a message that went away from what he started preaching on.

I will give you a portion to look at. in 1 Sam 12

"Here I stand. Testify against me in the presence of the LORD and his anointed. Whose ox
have I taken? Whose donkey have I taken? Whom have I cheated? Whom have I oppressed?
From whose hand have I accepted a bribe to make me shut my eyes? If I have done any of
these, I will make it right." .

I have often professed I was not a D or an R member. And I refused to even think about
running on anything other than the Constitution Party and Independent Party Ballot. Even
when people accused me of being part of what will steal votes away.
I left the Major Party society years ago And never have looked back.
If I decided to run on a major party ticket and the Constitution Party. I would be no better
than those who are currently in office today who change their party affiliation only so they can
gain power or keep their position of being in office and not actually representing the people.

I am not here seeking power. I am not here to Search for a fulfillment or to attain a goal.
I am here solely to do what is right.. not expedient not safe. But Right. Just as Martin Luther
King stated
"On some positions, Cowardice asks the question, "Is it safe?" Expediency asks the question, "Is
it politic?" And Vanity comes along and asks the question, "Is it popular?" But Conscience asks
the question "Is it right?" And there comes a time when one must take a position that is neither
safe, nor politic, nor popular, but he must do it because Conscience tells him it is right."
— Martin Luther King Jr.
A Respondent Honor before all else -- Arise and Be Doing ( Josh.7:10 )
Part II
Gentlemen: I take the other side on this.

(1) God's people Israel were a Theocracy -- not a Constitutional Republic set up by divinely
inspired Christians. (See David Barton's "American's Godly Heritage" wallbuilders.com.

(2) Yes, God's people Israel chose wrongly, rejecting God's plan for rule by Judges for their
pagan neighbors' rule by dictator (King).

(3) Our founding fathers took into consideration the nature of man in choosing a
governmental form. One man (a king would predictably behave like Jeremiah 17:9 (deceitful,
desperately wicked). So they took God's division of powers (judge, lawgiver, king) from
Isaiah 33:22.

(4) We are to be salt and light and we are to Occupy Til He Comes.

(5) God expects us to act. In Joshua 7:10 God told Joshua to Arise And Be Doing -- to get
up off his knees and ACT.

(6) When Peter was released from prison by an Angel of the Lord -- in answer to prayer -- he
was expected to do 5 things before the Angel released him. And Rhoda was expected to
unlock the door of the prayer meeting instead of leaving him vulnerable to re-arrest on the
streets -- the Angel having departed after doing what man could not do. Man is expected to
pray and then do what he can do.

(7) Now get out there and occupy something!

Part III

Yes we are not a people ruled by Priests or prophets. Nor are we to be any other form of a
totalitarian government. The signers of the Declaration of Independence based the visions and
direction of this country upon a very unique form of government derived from a biblical
understanding and theology, were each adult man and woman have a free will choice. The
freedom of being able to do certain things according to our God given rights. And those rights
are only able to be based upon sound Judea Christian morals and virtue.
Furthermore, we are to be the protectors of these rights-- stewards of what God (our Creator)
has given us, as was described in the teachings of Jesus, the parable where the King gave three
men various amounts of coinage. Commanding them to tend to the kings business., and other
teachings.

Recently, I read an article from "CEO Round Table" discussing the topic of Fredrick
Nietzsche, who in 1889 posed a question ; “What will we do as the Earth is set loose from its
sun?” , (Nietzsche’s parable on the “death of God.”)
Nietzsche wasn’t arguing that God had physically died, rather He had become irrelevant in the
lives of people. As Chuck Colson characterized, “not because He doesn’t exist, but that we
live, play, procreate, govern, and die as though He doesn’t.”

In our modern day American politics this concept has been revealed with near cataclysmic
clarity. We are perilously close to abolishing God as our Nation’s ultimate lawgiver--Grantor
of inalienable rights. We see a dangerously destructive deference to the state as being the
ultimate origin and defender of our basic liberties. On the right, we see a reaction that suggests
“We the People” are the guarantors of our own rights. In this case, both the right and the left
are wrong. Even the theory of the economics-only libertarianism.(EOL) are incorrect
pursuant to the true essence and virtues the members of the first Continental Congress held.
The consequences for each of the doctrines Right, Left and EOL shall be equal and absolute
tyranny. Just as was spoken in 1 Samuel 12 by Samuel if the people no longer feared God.
What was given to me several days ago was not about asking for a King to rule this country as
much as we the people have chosen, by the electoral voting process, to have what is nothing
less than tyrannical leaders in both parties and both houses strip away our liberties, coming
only from God, and replace them with certain liberties that the government decides
whether we should have them. This has been done not by our willful consent alone, but
through an unbalanced process and theory in governance that James Madison strongly debated
upon to have established through the Articles inside the Constitution. A Higher, and lower
House. One side appointed by the state government, and one that is elected by the people.
This to protect the equal balance of governance, preventing too much power being given to
the people, (making our country a democracy) or giving too much power to the government,
making it a monarchy, Kleptocracy, Oligarchy, or any other form of a totalitarian government.
The reason: each ideology has, at its core, the belief that people, or at least a group of people,
ultimately determine right from wrong. Each effectively suggests that the rights of man come
from man.

Now, to ensure that you don't misunderstand my point being made, allow me to
clarify;I’m dedicated to the theory of a small-government conservative .

“We the People” are assigned to govern our own affairs, improve our own finances, and raise
our own families. Without interference and offensive intrusion from the state and federal
levels.. Roll-back spending and feeding the virus that has been long ago developed by the great
society, new deal, progressive, and reconstruction era objectives. We must have servants in
office who will follow the plans outlined by the John Birch Society. slashing deficits, (not just
covering them up with economic bait and switch tactics), Actually shrinking the size of
government and return power to the people of the states. We must not abandon our consensus
social principles in the process and restore the same theory that the people have a choice to
serve and worship.
Straight Libertarianism is as great a threat to freedom and free markets as is big-government
paternalism.
Both approaches are, at their very core, based on the belief that man is inherently good.

History should have taught us people with power and leaders are capable of great atrocity
and hatred on mankind.

American Exceptional ism is rooted in our Judeo-Christian heritage. Many libertarian

theologians will say that is incorrect, and suggest that the founders were deists. Basing their
views upon "Separation of Church and State doctrines" that did not exist until the 20th
century. And many will use post 18th Century writings to prove their cases against the actual
writings of the men who signed the Declaration of Independence and who were the first
visionaries of the colonies of these united States (pre 19th Century writings).
All these issues are crucial in repenting from the cultural conditions that have taken hold of our
country and being necessary for true liberty and freedom to be reflected by the government by
and of the people.

Consensus values inform the larger social consciousness, thus limiting our need for excessive
laws and regulation.
This, in turn, leads to a flourishing freedom that unleashes the entrepreneurial spirit, drives
innovation & economic expansion, and provides a framework for millions of Americans to
pursue happiness (or to gain actual ownership of property). urrently debate over our
Country’s future involves conservatives must not take the Mitch Daniels (GOP Gov of
Indiana) approach of focusing exclusively on economic policy, while ignoring cultural issues.
This ideal is not healthy, nor is it the doctrines for what was envisioned by many of the signers
of the Declaration of Independence.
A strong cultural foundation that is based upon Judea- Christian doctrines are essential for
economic prosperity. This is due to the Christian faith being established not upon its own
theory . It is actually the virtue of the people of Israel and what God commanded them to do.
first.

Some time ago, Representative Nikki Haley (SC) wrote an article for the CEO Round Table
newsletter, EnableSC, entitled “Families First.” In the article, she suggested strong families
reduce the role, the need, of the government. This kind of consistent reasoning on the
relationship between economic and social issues are required to restore our Constitutional
framework, natural rights, and economic strength.

Going down a path of economics-only libertarianism will only lead to the same demise as big-
government paternalism that we have been experiencing for decades.
A land of man-made rights creeping ever closer to tyranny.

Soulless government only breeds soulless policy, regardless what side of the aisle it is on, right
or left. Let’s elect people who will dedicate all their energy on reducing the size of
government, thus reclaiming Delaware, South Carolina, Kentucky, Illinois, California..., and
America, by rightly understanding that we can’t set ourselves loose from our sun: the Truth of
God.
