Panis and my mothers name is Mrs. Leonila A. Panis (both deceased). I am a
graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the
City of Manila within the historic wall of Intramuros, Manila.

I am 50 years old, married to Mrs. Lucia L. Panis for 20 wonderful years, blessed
with 3 children, namely Jerahmeel ( 19), Jareshiah ( 16), and Jasselle ( 14 ), a
Southern Baptist, Filipino, with an asian complexion, black hair and black eyes, stands
5 feet 8 inches, weighing 180 lbs and physically fit and in excellent health.
