Mr. Caronia has over 45 years experience in the insurance field. He is the Owner of Caronia &

and hospitals. Mr. Caronia is a Captive Manager in Delaware and Nevada.

After obtaining a B.A. in Economics at William Penn University in Iowa in 1967, Mr. Caronia became
licensed in P&C nationally. He married Lisette on August 29, 1965 and they have three children. In his
spare time he enjoys golf and horse racing.

Mr. Caronia's business philosophy states, I always believed in the theory of being the big fish in the
small pond, and then turning the pond into a vast body of water with us as the industry leader. That
philosophy still applies to today's insurance industry and its varied problems. Once the problem is
