Mr. BROOKS of Alabama introduced the following bill; which was referred to
the Committee on Energy and Commerce, and in addition to the Commit-
tees on Ways and Means, Education and the Workforce, Natural Re-
sources, the Judiciary, House Administration, Rules, and Appropriations,
for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case
for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the
committee concerned

1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

2 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
3 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

4 This Act may be cited as the ObamaCare Repeal

5 Act.

3 CARE AND EDUCATION RECONCILIATION ACT

4 OF 2010.

5 (a) PATIENT PROTECTION AND AFFORDABLE CARE

6 ACT.Effective as of December 31, 2017, the Patient
7 Protection and Affordable Care Act (Public Law 111
8 148) is repealed, and the provisions of law amended or
9 repealed by such Act are restored or revived as if such
10 Act had not been enacted.
11 (b) HEALTH CARE AND EDUCATION RECONCILI-
12 ATION ACT OF 2010.Effective as of December 31, 2017,
13 the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010
14 (Public Law 111152) is repealed, and the provisions of
15 law amended or repealed by such Act are restored or re-
16 vived as if such Act had not been enacted.
