Today my supervisor had asked me to sit with some students
during math so that if they needed extra guidance they would
be able to receive it.
The math lesson today included flyers from stores and the
students had to pick products that they could buy. With the
chosen products they had to see how much of a percentage
discount there was on each product and how much money was
taken off.
Objectives:
1) To provide guidance to the students by sitting with
those who needed help and going through each math
calculation step by step.
2) To enhance the students math skills by practicing math
calculations in different ways.
3) To allow the students to understand prices and
discounts by giving them examples.

Flyers (best buy, the source, etc)
Lined paper
Calculators
Pencils
