My name is Laura Broglia and I had the privilege of being
Anas third grade teacher. Ana possesses many inspirational
qualities that you would seek in a student. Ana has always be a
dedicated, hard-working, and self-monitoring student. She takes
pride in her work and persists in completing challenges that may
arise. Her variety of skills and strategies enable her to think
outside the box. She has the ability to think critically and bring
these perspectives to class discussions.
Ana is cooperative and works well with her peers. She is
reliable and trustworthy. A role model that demonstrates the

My name is Laura Broglia and I had the privilege of being Ms.
Danielle OGradys cooperating third grade teacher. Ms. OGrady
possesses many inspirational qualities. She is dedicated and
hardworking, always punctual, and has a great rapport with
children. Ms. OGrady has had a hand in developing a trustworthy
atmosphere and has worked closely to help create lessons, that
benefited each student. She is an active listener and seeks
information to expand her knowledge in content, while asking
clarifying questions, when needed. Ms. OGrady understands that
its important to use data when creating lessons and driving her
instruction. Ms. OGrady is developing her own style of
management. She is aware of how to pull small groups to deepen
her instruction and support students in becoming successful
readers, writers, and mathematicians. Ms. OGrady has witnessed
multiple accounts when being flexible was a need, as students will
drive our instruction. Using ongoing assessment and formal
assessment will help to target each individual students needs.
Ms. OGrady always has a smile on her face and is willing to
lend a helping hand. She brings great ideas and perspectives to
grade team meetings and always takes the initiative. She works
hard to be a team player and carry out the values of the
classroom community. It was an honor to write this
