CONDITIONS
1. The building shall be RCC framed structure T-III Quarters, 3 nos,(1+2) storey extension of
the existing building and T-IV Quarters 2 Nos ( 1+1) separate building.
2. All structural analysis and design of buildings shall be carried out with the help of
standard software preferable STAAD and in accordance with the latest BIS Codes and.
Detailed computation of such designs shall be given to the Engineer-in-charge for
approval.
3. Soft copy of all structural drawings and STAAD output shall be sent by E-mail
ID: eeced3ccu-mef@gov.in. After approval of drawings from our end final approved
drawings and STAAD output shall be E-mailed. Along with signed
copy of the Architectural/structural drawing.
4. During the course of consultancy, the consultant would be required to interact with the
client for which nothing extra shall be payable
5. The consultant shall obtain the approval of competent authority I local body if necessary,
according to Local acts, Laws, Regulations etc and make any changes decided by such
authorities.
6. The quoted rate shall be included the cost of site visit.
7. The payment shall be made in a maximum of two installments. ( 30 % after approval of
architectural drawings and 60 % after submission , approval of structural drawings and
Detailed Estimate and 10% after completion of the works.
8. The quoted rates shall be inclusive of all statutory taxes.
9. Income tax as payable as per statutory orders/laws shall be deducted at source TDS
Certificate shall be issued for such deductions.
10. The bid offer shall be kept valid for 30 days from date of opening of bid.
11. Copy right of these drawings will rest with the Ministry of Environment and
Forests, Civil Construction Unit.
