    Someonewhothrivesonthechallengeofcompetitivepressuresandisabletoremainfocusedonclientneeds
    ExpertBloomberg,Excel,andMSOfficeskills.
    ExperienceinCapitalMarketsrequired.
    Expertunderstandingoffixedincomemarketsanddrivers
    Experienceinamarketmakingrole,includingmanagingrisk
    Excellentinterpersonalandcommunicationsskills
