Resolved issues
Version 1.8.0.0
TicketID Description
XADE-56 During configuration resynchronization, the agent only reconciles
when the SNMPWALKS are all successful, with no timeouts.
Previously, the agent removed too many elements when the device
went offline during configuration resynchronization.
XADE-60 The "Just-Engine"MIB with OID .1.3.6.1.4.1.20789.3.1.1.1.1 imports
successfully as an integer value type.
XADE-71 A refactored agent project now populates/retrieves the agent name
and exports the agent.
The problem originally occurred because
CompiledAgentProperties
getProperties().get(PropertyKeys.NAME) would return
an empty project name string if the agent.properties file was not
open in the editor.
XADE-74 Any selected inherited from uim_genericnetworkelement
class or new class only shows one IPAddress property.
XADE-77 A property description is saved when the description for a new
property is copied and pasted into the description field from another
source, site, or document.
XADE-78 In the new agent project dialog box, when you specify a location, that
location is no longer auto-cleared when you start editing the project
name.
XADE-81 When a MIB is being loaded to the mibtree, the line number will be
shown for each error found.
XADE-88 When one of the default classes that comes with classes.lib is
added to the instances under Instances.agent > Instantiation
Components for the first time, the functionality now works.
XADE-90 Problems were resolved when attributes were dragged from the MIB
to model classes:
l Qualifiers (like invalid datatypes) are properly set.
l Attribute polling works reliably when individual attributes are dragged from
the MIB.
l Setting Element Type to read-write in both the top-level NE class and
the top-level inst comp class works correctly.

TicketID Description
XADE-112 Agents built withAgent Workshop no longer have an installation
problem.
XADE-120 The default agent project, InstrumentationManager.java, no
longer sets the value for the ALARM_SOURCE_DESCRIPTION
property.
XADE-128 No NullPointerException occurs when running the agent as "Run as"
> Agent Simulator.
XADE-132 Having an extra classes file in the wrong directory no longer impedes
an agent's installation.
During agent installation, if you attempt to install an agent that has an
incorrect AgentContext.xml file, either because the providers
don't exist, or there is some syntax error in the file, the agent
installation stops and reports an error.
XADE-154 Agent Workshop's Class Details now prevent duplicate properties in a
case-insensitive pattern.
XADE-158 When the device is offline, the agent does not clear any alarms.
XADE-164 When a StorePerformanceData qualifier is added to a class to
generated performance data, the generated data is based on values
with and without change of attribute values for the selected class.
XADE-187 Setting a password qualifier no longer prevents agent export.
XADE-188 The JavaScript simulator stopping at the wrong breakpoint has been
fixed.
XADE-191 The getInstanceID call returns top-level ID if no managed object
is provided.
XADE-202 Classes in Classes.lib can be named using no more than 30
characters.
XADE-204 Agent refactoring now allows version change, as well as vendor and
device change.
XADE-210 Agent version is removed from display name. This includes
management interface, instantiation component, and monitoring
interface.

Version 1.7.0.0
TicketID Description
XADE-55 A correction in API usage in InstrumentationManager.java
assures that alarm reconciliation works consistently.
XADE-67 JavaScript Agent Simulator works correctly when createElement
is called and the parent does not exist.
XADE-82 The trapID is not null; therefore, the agent simulator is able to
process it.
XADE-101 The name and vendor name now show as part of the UIM-Class
name.
XADE-102 The logWalk function now works when logging JSON objects that
contain JSON objects.
XADE-126 A class extending the UIM_Performance class enables XADE to
obtain IDs of objects extending from the performance classes.
XADE-164 Adding a StorePerformanceData qualifier to a class to
generated performance data, the generated data values are
generated with and without change of attribute values for the
selected class.
