1. What will you tell the president?

Prove to the president by giving all the information and data given by responsible
department and also bring the responsible person to explain clearly about the
problem to the president. After all the through audit of the process, Quality
Assurance has concluded that there is no change in the process. Quality Assurance
claim that the increase in defect which cause of variation that related to some
assignable cause. President will trust the real responsible person rather than normal
employees who make a complaint without knowing anything about the problem that
occurs.

2. He wants you to change the process to reduce the number of defects,

but you know that is the wrong approach. How do you talk him out of it?

First of all, try to let the president know about the problem occurs. State clearly the
problem that happened to the president with proper manner. Convince the
president by giving all the facts and prove it by show the data given by the
department that responsible on it. Other than that, in order to make the president
believe with what we said or inform him, we need to bring one of the professional
employees who is the expertise that work on the Quality Assurance to give
explanations regarding to the problem that arise.

3. What approach would you use to get the operation back to the normal?
