Composition

Each 500 mg powder contains:

Aluminnium hydroxide 200 mg

Magnesium hydroxide 200 mg

Simethicone 20 mg

Additional substance q.s

Pharmacology
Combination of aluminium hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide treating acid
indigestion and inactivation pepsin so that sense of heartburn may decrease.
reducing the gas bubbles and the effect of constipation in the gastrointestinal tract.
Indication
This medication is used to treat of too much stomach acid such as stomach upset,
heartburn, and acid indigestion, gastritis, duodenum ulcer with symptoms such as
nausea and bloating in the abdomen
Contra-indication
patients on renal function impairment

Side effects

constipation, diarrhea, nausea, symptoms can be stopped when the drug is stopped

How to use
1 sachet powder for 1 day (for adult)

1 sachet powder brewed with hot water

Caution and warning

Not recommended for children, not for use during the 2 weeks except by
prescription. caution in patients with a low phosphate diet as it can reduce the
levels of phosphate in the blood. when taking any medications other than alumsika
should be given at least one hour before and after meals
