On the first part of the discussion, he shared his achievements during his high

school and college level. He was able to be part of the Most Outstanding High
School Student in the Philippines. He also served in the student council of the
College of Engineering and was an awardee of the Tanglaw ng Iskolar Awards of the
College of Engineering Honors Society. He also explained that aside from studying
and being an active student leader, he also worked as a part-time employee in a
Business Process Outsource company. He said that he was able to do that because
of his commitment of his dream to himself and his family.
On his first job, was able to be part of an airline company in Pasay City, where he
learned different quality standards. His was able to gained experience that makes
him to be part of one of the most promising hospital in the Philippines, Makati
