examination as mentioned above dates by API Authorized examination site.

We not provide the Code Books, purchasing the code books, is responsibility of candidates as
per applicable effectivity sheet and Body of Knowledge for above examination.

Note: We are not providing the API-ICP certification or conducting the examination.

We provide Preparatory training only. We provide you participant Certificate.

API-ICP Will conduct the examination and provides the certification.

a. All above API certification courses will be conducted by a team of internationally renowned
instructors, and others who have conducted various training and more than 100 API
certification courses in Egypt, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, UAE, Singapore,
Indonesia etc; besides the Indian clients like BPCL, HPCL, IOCL,IPCL and Reliance etc.

b. The course fee includes the cost of Bag, course material, Tea / Coffee during small
breaks and working Lunch on the course days. There will be a simulated exam at the
end of the course on the lines of actual API exam. The course material will comprise
of the course notes, extracts of codes and Standards as prescribed for API
examination, practice questions, solved examples, the Question bank, and guide
lines for clearing the API examination successfully. The Preparatory course fee does not include
the API exam fees and CODE Books.
c. Time morning 08:30 am to 06:00 pm, 8 Hours a day x 10= 80 hours of Training.

Brake Fast: 8:30 am to 9:00 am= 30 minutes (Complimentary)

First Tea Brake: 11:00 am to 11:15 am= 15 minutes

Lunch Break: 01:00pm to 02:00 pm= 45 to 60 minutes

Second Tea Break: 03:00 to 03:15= pm15 minutes

06:00 after completion of Training, sank and Tea will be provided (Complimentary), if evening
workshop is conducted for more practice, if required.

Programs will be conducted at Hotel once the batch is finalized candidates will get the
venue confirmation.

1. Note: Candidates have to bring their programmable Calculators, Angle Protector and Set
Square,12 Scale and Scientific CASIO fx-991ms S.V.P.A.M.

2. Bag, Pencil, Eraser, Sharpener, Highlighter, Green and Red, Long File, Plastic Pouch,
200 Page Long books, Inspectors Diary by us.

3. All courses will be conducted at Mumbai, INDIA. Hotel THE LALITH, near international airport.

4. Accommodation can be arranged for outstation/overseas participants on request.

5. The hotel bills to be settled by participants.

Payment to be made in Indian Rupees per candidate for API Preparatory (API-ICP)
Certification Valid for 3 years from date of issue by API-ICP. Above fees are all inclusive of
Course material, Stationery and Tea and afternoon working Lunch. The course fee does not
include Lodging, boarding or Local conveyance and Travel charges. We help to provide the
accommodation to outstation candidates.

Service Tax: 15.00% Tax is applicable on above mentioned fees.
