VOC Handling Guideline

1. Initial 1st meeting with all relevant group to understand the QA
complaint and discuss containment action upon receive VOC,
within 24hrs

2. Retrieve history for affected lot

2.1 Traveler, machine down time Production
2.2 X-site, handler error log Maintenance
2.3 Yield / MES data Engr

3. Identify team members at 1st initial meeting. Leader

4. Check if current machine / lot still have abnormality Maintenance

5. Discuss on what simulation to carry out with responsible Leader

and timeline

6. Leader to call follow-up meeting within 48hrs or when necessary Leader

7. Closure of 8d meeting within 7 days after sample received. Leader

Engineer, Production, Maintenance and QA must in the all

meeting. Other members are invited basis.

Eescalate to relevant Manager for over due D5 / D8 CAR group
