as following table, all the data in line with ITP & drawing & specification, the result satisfactory.

1.2 Review all instruments and measurement tools calibration certificates.

GQIS inspector review all instruments and measurement tools calibration certificates, confirm the calibration
process and result satisfactory the standard and code, all certificates are valuable and not found any instrument
or tool expire of valuable time.

1.3 Visual and dimension inspection

GQIS inspector performed visual and dimension inspection for pile No. 3568-C04-065 according to ITP(No.14)
and drawing, the inspection
result as: outside diameter:
913mm~914mm,
roundness:1mm, welding
reinforce: 2mm,
straightness:29mm(the
drawing require
straightness less than
40mm, the factory initiative
rectified by fire), after
rectified checked the
straightness about 6mm, at
the same time asked the
factory examination the
baked area by MT and not
found any indication.
Confirmed all data
satisfactory applicable document 3568-MPS-01 CK/QP5.7.4 and drawing, the result acceptable.
