Support customer Mr. Bouazza' regarding trouble shooting on hardware problems on S5 duplex rack
Problem Description: Fan failure on the rack caused faults on other cards. (MPU, IOC PSMU cards.) This resulted in a trip of the
Auxiliary propane compressor.
New S5 vanguard rack was installed by the customer, the same IOC and MPU cards were reinserted in the rack.
Loaded OS system again in MPU cards in MPU cards I support customer with loading the project and configuration
Found that there were still problems with IOC cards after installation of software, but also replacing or reinserting IOC cards
did not solve the problem.
After recycling the power on the rack all cards were healthy, the only problem left is that the IOC card slot 4 is not recognized
in con5 configuration program.
All information is send to CCC in Des Monies for analyzing and further investigation.
Hand over information to Jan Huisman (field engineer) to continue CCC support.
