CULTURAL CHANGES.

Already defined. That the cultures are the all styles of life of a group of people in a
specific country.

for example: before, the women couldn't took a place in a company, so now, the women
become general manager in some companies.

So I can say that the most important changes in cultures is that we adopted the habits of
other countries, this reflect that to along the time the societies are changing its
technologies, its economies and the markets are being more industrialized because
nowadays the knowledge exchange is accepted.

For example: the less developed economies can adopt policies of development, from
more developed economies.

The culture of the societies oneself modify across the money.

for example: most of the African consumers prefer less costly products due their poor
economic conditions, whereas the German consumers prefer high quality and high
priced products due their higher ability to buy. This depends of economics progress, As
countries grow, they change traditional values.

The others cultural changes most important are the transportation and the technology.

for example: when you want to travel to other country you just need to buy a ticket of
the airplane and you can go very easy or when you need to buy some product and in
your country there are not, you can use the online markets and with only a credit card
you will have your product very fast.

Some elements of the culture changes fast while the others to do slow.

TRANSCULTURAL LITERACY.

A danger that the companies face when go outside to international markets for first time
is to be uninformed about cultures usually to be unsuccessful.

For example: the ways to do deals, the incentives systems to pay to sellers, the
organizational structure, the name of product, the relationship among workers and
managers, it varies between different cultures.

The international companies would to think to engage the local employees to help the to
do business in a particular culture.

So, in this part we can to have presented the etiquette for do business on every country.

For example: in some countries you can't call by his first name to a general manager,
less if you are less old than him. The punctuality and the urgency in some work is very
important too.
CULTURE AND COMPARATIVE ADVANTAGE.

The value systems and the norms of a country influences in the cost of do business
inside it.

For example: when a company can to make more products with less raw material cost or
more cheap products.

The importance of some cultural influences as loyalty, Reciprocal obligations, the

honesty and the education foments the company's competitive.

The companies has to promotes those attitudes of ethic by the success of company, so
also the relationship reciprocal between the manufacturing and the suppliers that
inspirits establish relations perdurable that insist to reduce the inventories, quality
control and improve designs.

For international business, the connection between culture and competitive advantage is
important for two reasons:

First: indicates the probable countries where will arise the competitors more viable.

Second: Have considerable implications to select the countries where will install the
production centers and do business.
