Construction: quality steel S275JR in compliance with DIN 4753

Corrosion protection: double enamel layer in compliance with DIN 4753

Magnesium anode provides additional corrosion protection

Heat exchanger: two welded-in, double-wound heat exchangers of steel tubing

Insulation: 500 - 600 litres 800 1000 litres
50 mm PUR hard foam, CFC-free 90 mm PUR soft foam shell, CFC-free

Electric heating: flange heating possible on all tanks an adapter flange is required at the
bottom from 800 litres onwards

Scope of delivery:
1 thermometer incl. immersion sleeve art. no.: T 80/100 (500 - 600 litres)
HYDRAULIC TESTS CRITERIA:

*The applied test pressure for the tank is 13 bar

*All the welded tanks are applied 100% to hydraulic
test
*During the hydraulic test any physical changing of
the tank is observed and checked for any permanent
deformation.
*During hydraulic test the welding points is tested.
Pressured air is applied to welding points and will be
controlled through a strong light if there is any leakage.
*Testing duration is 4 minute after the tank reaches to
13 bar.
