DISCUSSION BIOMTERIC TIME LOGS

Using ZK Software time and attendance for downloading and exporting timelogs.
From ZK Software export to timelogs in a given date range into Text File.
From Text file the user will edit the current record matching the format of the Excel file format to be able to feed to the Payroll System.
Importing the excel timelog to the system using the feature Import Timelogs.
The end users will add the daily work shift base on the workshift master file before Importing the excel timelogs due to avoid
unmatching time plotting on the.
The user have specific time for IN only and OUT. Break-time 12-1:00pm either to use it or not.
If there are changes made from one data, the new recorded will be made and the old date is being replace.

DISCUSSION
During the time of 12:00pm, data is not recorded to the payroll system.
During logs, data entry cant record on the exact time.
In calculating payroll, most of the problems occur is due to the faulty logs.
During Special occasions, like excuses some data are not recorded to its specific main record and might charges to other data
deductions.
Leave without pay (maternity leave) the current system will create payroll regardless its day present.
SSS printing and etc. it is 15/30 instead of monthly summary
Other earnings dont specify if it is taxable or not taxable
No payroll history or summary of the payroll
