1.1 Introduction of the Report
In todays competitive world only academic education is not enough to make a student perfect to
compete with the outside world. Internship is highly required to gain idea, knowledge and
experience. From this internship program students get the opportunity for learning in face to
face with the real business world. This is an internship report prepared as a requirement of the
completion of BBA Program. As we know the primary goal of internship is to provide the job
exposure to the student and an opportunity to implement theoretical knowledge in real life
situation. The organization attachment started on 2 February, 2017 and ended on 30 April, 2017.
This Three months internship period has helped me to match our theoretical knowledge with
practical understanding. I was assigned to complete my internship program on Janata Bank
Limited. In consultation with both the organization and academic supervisor, I finally selected
Credit Department of Janata Bank Limiteds Home Loan Activities to make my report. I had an
opportunity to be acquainted with the practical banking prevailing in JBL, BREB Branch. As it
maintain the pace with the competitive business world, its activities, culture, philosophy and
style leads an intern student to be the best at any field of working life. So, I was learning those
things with utmost perfection. I got the chance to work almost all the departments, but I chose
Credit Department to do my report specifically. Ive also tried to present my personal
observations from each department of this branch. The knowledge, which has been acquired in
my Internship Period, is presented in here in this report.

1.2 Research Aims

I have prepared this report as a partial requirement of the course BUS 490. Here the
research aim is to fulfill all the requirement of this report and a successful completion of
my BBA program. I have tried our level best to prepare this report by maintaining the
required standard. Another aim is to write on this report that the way I actualize my
theoretical knowledge in the practicum arena.
1.3 Objective of the Report

Limited in BREB Branch.
To identify the Home Loan evaluation criteria of Janata Bank Limited.
To identify the performance of the customer at the time of taking Home Loan.

1.4 Scope of the Report

To prepare this report I have gathered a vast knowledge and this knowledge has helped
me lot to prepare this report. Basically this report is based on the present situation of
Home loan procedure at JBL. This topic includes the bank and clients with several
developers. Here these three groups depend on one another in several sectors and they
are working together for their rapid growth. In this report, I have a chance to connect
these three industries activities and how they depend on one another.
This report also covers the full financial activities and performance of Home Loan
system of Janata Bank Limited with the area of general activities and performance of all
the divisions of this Bank.
1.5 Ethical Consideration

Ethical Considerations can be specified as one of the most important parts of the
research. The following principles of ethical considerations had been compiled during
the time of my research execution period.
Research participants have not been subjected to harm in any ways.
Respect for the dignity of research participants has been prioritized.
Full consent has been obtained from the participants prior to the study.
The protection of the privacy of research participants has been ensured.
Any type of communication in relation to the research has been done with honesty
and transparency.

1.6 Limitations

At the time of my internship I have faced many problems which can be called as
limitations. These limitations are as follows:

1. As a financial organization a bank has lots of restrictions to serve all the real data
of the bank to the general people as a result the study is mostly depends on some
official files and annual reports.
2. Due to time limitation, the study is concentrated in selected areas. To continue
study in such a huge area requires a big deal of time. As an intern I had only three
month which was not enough to explore in a vast area.
3. As a commercial bank they had to stay very busy with their work and they could
not able to give me enough time for discussion about my various topics.
4. As a new bank they are very much restricted in various sectors in doing work and
providing information also.
5. Because of new bank there is no sufficient information about them in their
website.
