1. Perform pre-flight checklist for cockpit.

2. Install landing gear lock pins.

3. Put wheel chocks in front and behind main landing

gear.

4. Connect external power to the aircraft.

5. Set antiskid ARMED/OFF switch to the OFF

position.

6. Press and hold the brakes located at the top of the

rudder pedals.

7. Release parking brake.

8. Set antiskid switch to ARMED position.

(Figure 4)

9. Briefly move the antiskid test switch to the TEST

function.

10. A/SKID INBD and A/SKID OUTBD indications
should occur in primary EICAS display.

11. MASTER CAUTION light should illuminate.

12. A/SKID INBD and A/SKID OUTBD indications
should go off after 6 seconds.

13. If any of steps 8-10 do not occur, generate a non-

routine and notify the instructor.

14. Once the indications have left the EICAS screen,
press and release the MASTER CAUTION light to
eliminate warning.

15. Set antiskid switch to OFF.

17. Remove power from the aircraft.
