Standard Operating Procedures

Indiana State University strongly supports the premise that

the disciplined use of well-developed Standard Operating
Procedures (SOP) is central to safe, professional aircraft
operations, especially in multicrew, complex, or high
performance aircraft.
Indiana State University If your flight department has an SOP, we encourage you to
Aerospace Technology use it during your training.

Corporate pilots carefully developed this SOP. A product

of their experience, it is the way Indiana State University
conducts its flight operations.
Beechcraft King Air The procedures described herein are specific to the King
200/B200 Air 200/B200 and apply to specified phases of flight. The
flight crew member designated for each step accomplishes
it as indicated.
