For your assessment you will be:


Creating a mixed media sculpture
It must express a personal view about a social issue and communicate meaning
through display

Explain HOW IDEAS ARE REPRESENTED IN MEDIA SCULPTURES in your art and art you
have viewed
You will also describe the artworks and practices from different cultures, times and
places have influenced your art making.

Social injustice definition says that it


is a situation when some unfair
practices are being carried in the
society. Whatever unjust is
happening is usually against the law
and it might not be something that is
considered a moral practice.

MAKING MEANING

perspectives/interpretations/views/
beliefs/opinions when analysing art
and that is absolutely fine.
Art in many cases is a conversation
starter. Share your ideas none are
right or wrong.
A good artist will be able to guide
your ideas behind the arts meaning,
through visual techniques (principles
and elements). Therefore we will
generally have similar ideas, but art
is interesting because for different
people it means different things.
