developing the skill of that I have learnt during my two years and gain more knowledge about

Environment
Arabi media group the head quarter located in Dubai, Arabi Media Group (AMG) is a leading
media organization in the United Arab Emirates, with subsidiaries covering radio broadcasting,
ticketing, event management and direct marketing. AMG provides creative, fast and cost-
effective media solutions throughout the region. Arabia media group have different branches one
of the branches located in Malaysia, and I was lucky that I got the et chance to work with them.
The branch in is located in Serdang. The office is newly opened and is not widely known yet.
I was lucky to find intern position there, firstly because its not very big company and usually
they dont accept interns so I was grateful but at some time afraid because they I was thinking
about how I will fit there and the amount of work they will give me. Secondly, the staffs in the
office were multicultural, majority are Arab Arabsas the owner is Arab, Indians and Iranians, so
it was a great opportunity for me to learn from an officea place where the staff was were from
different multi cultures.

One part that I mostly liked was that the company was near my house , of course I have to take
taxi to reach there but still it was better than taking train and besides the taxi toke only 5 minute
to reach the company so it was really convince and made my 3 months internship smooth.
Recruitment and Selection of Arabi Media Group are also important parts.
Every Recruitment and selection process is made after concerned
department submits requisition for workforce.

I have got the chance to work in Arabi Media Group. As an assistant for 3
months from 24 October to 20 January 2017; its a part of my scholastic
project. As my course is international business management, I worked in
Human resource office as an intern where I had learnt a few Human Resource
practices of Arabi Media Group.
I was assigned to the following jobs regularly. Those were:

Collecting Bio data
For the Requirement for a higher position the CVs are gathered from outlets
basically yet candidates can likewise drop their CVs in the CV box at head
office, and for others positions the CVs are gathered through the occupations
road site and the CV box at the head office.
As I have worked for the most part in the requirement Associates, it was part
of my job to call the outlets and request that they send the CVs to Human

This learning has helped me a ton with the Tasks that I have accomplished

Chapter two
While I was doing the internship change couple of thing in life I learn how to be patient with
other, and also when it comes for my future planning. In order to reduce my stress level at work
environment, I need to find a better opportunity to reduce my stress level to ensure that I can
work efficiency at my future workplace. Spending as internee in a different field of studies-
Human resource and marketing, which I had no much idea about was an eye opening move to
see how challenging working environment indeed is. At times, it felt like I could not do it
anymore-three long months, every day from morning till afternoon, sitting inside a cold office,
but at the end of the period I was able to learn as much as possible. I came back stronger that I
was before; I was able to master lots of communication skills that I always found difficult, like
talking to a group of people at one time, Writing emails, preparing documents, making phone
calls are other some of the major areas that I was able to hugely improve. I came to know who I
was individually, what knowledge and skills I had prior to the internship period, what skills I
needed to learn and how I should be a better in the years to come. In addition to that, I was also
able to draft my future plans. Earlier, when someone asks me about what are my future plans, I
used to tend to ignore such questions, and try to change the subject of the conversations. I would
always believe that the destiny is inevitable. Of course that is true but plan is always important in
the life of the mankind. As such, I have recently changed mind and my future plans are on a
written draft that is saved in my computers desktop and hopefully I will be successful for it.
I will apply the corporate skill that I learn during my internship to secure my future job. Before I
was doing my internship I didnt know how important it is to get experience before you become
employees. During 3 month internship you learn more than in class and what you learn you
practice directly. Before I start my internship I was worried and thinking about my first time in
the company how will be. I was afraid they dont like me and my worry was if I have given a
task to do work and I couldnt do it.
But I figure out that they could not even trust me for the first time to do thing instead they
showed me and explained me how to do it first. However, I realized that doing internship is not

about fulfilling the requirement of the University but it is for me to get experience in the work
environment. That what it can help me to get the qualifications of a work and be responsible with
my tasks and even with a company when I am a manager. For now I do not think those three
months of internship is enough to look for a job after my graduation. If I find an internship I can
do it for few month again and get more experience in working before I apply for a job because I
really need to perform well when I am working. It can help me to achieve in life by hired and get
more knowledge and also get high salary if you have more experience, in my country companies
like experience and easy chance to take you as their works.
A future student should be able to plan in which areas they interested with or
which areas need to be improved. Thus, the companies will be able to assign
specific task related to their field. The future interns should be able to keep
in touch with the university supervisor and coordinator to ensure that the
task given properly follows the correct track of the internship programmer.
While developing other important skills, soft skills should be enhanced as
well in order to add some extra point for the future careers. Not only that,
engagement with the corporation or the department inside the company
should be handling appropriately. While developing the skills, the intern will
be able to test their level of knowledge and significantly able to secure their
chance of employment in their chosen field. As the outcome, future students

might be able to receive an award or rewards based on their proper work and
their hard work. Thus, the student should ask the company to provide the
intern with the certificate or reference letter detailing the work that they had
done and skill or experience acquired. The students also should ask the
companies to give feedback on their quality thus the student will be able to
reflect the quality of internship that they had done.
Recommendations
One of the things that I pay attention during my internship was the
computers, During my studies I thought that I knew everything about
computers, but I figure out that in HR computers are necessary as computers
encourage the putting away and recovering of worker records, approach
data, and correspondence making an irrefutable paper trial. They perform
routine count precisely and quickly authorizing Human Resources staff to
concentrate on nonstandard figuring of pay. now days , they have likewise
