Sub: Explanation regarding malpractice in March 2017 Mid-semester examination of

History-II held on 28th March, 2017 Reg.

Respected Madam,
I Kandula Reddi Dileep(2016048) of 2nd semester hereby convey my explanation for
being caught during the exam hours. I have no intention to do any such kind of malpractice in the
exam. During my revision hours early morning I have a habit of writing these types of key words
on my palm in order to memorize what Ive prepared for the exam. But which I forgot to erase
them and appeared for the exam. After the warning alarm of the invigilator I checked my palm
and tried my best to erase it as soon as possible and completely. But that didnt get erased
completely and was not clear to vicinity, which resulted me getting caught in malpractice.
I sincerely had no intention to cheat in the exam. Kindly please take my explanation and
apologies for my act into consideration. From the bottom of my heart I accept any action against
me and will assure that I wont repeat this act again throughout my academic career.
