HR Business Partner Employee Relations

Role:
To develop and implement an employee relations program to effectively deal with problem
resolution and performance issues.
Description:
Assist the Director of Human Resources in the development of policies and procedures applicable
to the human resource needs of the Organization

Worked closely with Director of Human capital Envista LLC to bring best practices to India Offices.
Conceptualized Total Rewards documents, employee handbooks, and elc committees etc. to attract,
retain talent and bring in good culture

Recommend and work in conjunction with the L&D and Performance Mgmt. Team, on the
development and initiation of training programs on employee relations and other organizational
development initiatives.

Working on Training Needs analysis for the Ops team and Dev. teams across organizations

Advises and assists in developing, planning, directing, and implementing procedures to produce
effective and efficient management of the employee relations function.

Was instrumental in designing ,streamlining and institutionalizing processes like recruitments, HR


operations, employee relations which were not present before 2014 .Voiced on some unethical
practices and saved legal entity from a fallout

Develops various employee engagement programs which will have an impact on the overall
organizational productivity and enhance the satisfaction levels of the employees

Worked with US teams to get more visibility of India office in terms of Rewards, Reconitions, service
awards etc. elc program etc
.
Drive the engagement activities through various committees.
Cultural committee, Cricket, TT, Tech Group

Develop & drive employer branding programs within the organization and external through CSR
activities.

Have experience doing this in NSL Seeds not at envista as atmosphere was not conducive

Measure & improve the engagement levels of the employees through ESAT Surveys.

Have administered the tests in NSL seeds

Provide guidance to managers, supervisors, and employees regarding laws, regulations, policies,
procedures and practices related to employee relations matters.

Was single point of contact to Managing partner and Director HR .Deloitte is our accounting partner
and we revisited all compliance related things like EPF,ESIC,STPI,CUSTOMS,DFT,SHOPS,PT ,Bonus
act,PT renewals and other mistakes, corrected it .

Facilitate communication among employees and management by providing guidance and


consultation regarding problem solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, and strives to
resolve internal conflict informally through appropriate conflict management and mediation techniques.

Was given an appreciation letter by managing partner in this regards

Develop budget recommendations and prepare budget requests with written narrative
documenting budgetary needs for the employee relations area.
Worked closely with Managing partner and Director HR on these things

Manage the Organizations employee longevity and retirement recognition programs and ensure
timely recognition of the employees through the R&R programs.
